The Runner’s Field Guide

A steady compass for consistency, clarity, and durable training

The Runner's Field Guide cover and sample pages

Most runners don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they lack a simple framework.

This free PDF distills the core principles I want every runner to understand and return to throughout their training — whether you’re preparing for a race, rebuilding consistency, or just trying to stay healthy over the long term.

Inside the guide:

  • How to use RPE and intensity distribution to train smarter
  • When and how to deload without losing fitness
  • A simple strength training framework for runners
  • How to adjust when pain, travel, or life disrupts the plan
  • The mindset shifts that protect consistency and longevity

Enter your email below and I’ll send you the guide.
