RETURN POLICY

Live Workshops/Events

1. Refund Requests

• Full refunds are available if the request is made at least 30 days before the event start date.

• Requests made 14-29 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.

• Refunds will not be issued for requests made less than 14 days before the event.

2. Transfer to Another Event

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future event of the same type, subject to availability, at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

3. Name Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Name transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

• In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled, registrants will receive a full refund. The organizer is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
