Why we made this guide

As clinician-coaches, who specialize in working with endurance athletes across the injury to performance spectrum, we quickly realized that there was a void in terms of having a go-to resource to help runners learn & apply the fundamentals & principle of resistance training.

Recognizing this, we took it upon ourselves to create a comprehensive guide to help runners & triathletes, Irrespective of background or experience, incorporate resistance training by giving you clarity on the “Why” & “How.”
